Shambhala Level One program with Brian Callahan - Sept. 16-18

Shambhala Level One

A two day event, “The Art of Being Human” is coming to 100 Mile House September 16 (evening), 17, 18.  This program focuses on discovering basic goodness in the world and in ourselves. Through the practice of meditation, we glimpse unconditional goodness as the ground of our existence. Opening to ourselves with gentleness and appreciation, we begin to see our potential as genuine and compassionate human beings.

The workshop includes meditation instruction, practice, talks and discussion.

We are fortunate and delighted that Brian Callahan, a Shambhala International senior teacher and our long time friend will be directing this training.

When: The workshop begins Friday evening from 7 to 9 pm , continues Saturday from 8:30am to 6pm and concludes at midday on Sunday.

Where:  Creekside Senior Centre in 100 Mile House

Cost: $90, includes breakfast and lunch on Saturday and Sunday.  Our generosity policy applies and no-one will be turned away for lack of funds.
